There is no single answer for everyone. It depends on the procedure, your surgeon's instructions and how you are healing. If you are unsure, contact me before booking and I will advise you whether it is the right time to start.

For some post-operative clients, yes. Particularly in the early stages of recovery or following complications, I may ask for your surgeon's clearance before treatment.

There is no fixed number. Some clients need only a few sessions, while others benefit from a longer recovery plan. I assess your progress as we go rather than automatically selling you a package.

Post-operative lymphatic drainage should not be an aggressive or painful massage. Pressure and technique are adapted to your tissue, sensitivity and stage of recovery.

No. Many treatments are available whether or not you have had surgery, including lymphatic drainage, body contouring, cellulite therapy, deep tissue work, facial lymphatic treatments and relaxation massage.

Wear something comfortable and easy to change out of. If you are post-operative, bring your compression garment if you use one and any relevant information about your surgery or your surgeon's recommendations.

Absolutely. You can contact me first or book an online Treatment & Scar Consultation. We can discuss what is concerning you and decide which treatment is most appropriate before you travel to the studio.

Yes. I offer different approaches depending on the scar and its stage of healing, including Manual Scar Therapy and my signature Scar Recovery Therapy combining microneedling and SQT bio-microneedling. Suitability is assessed individually, as not every scar should be treated in the same way.

Yes. This is particularly useful if you live further away. We can discuss your scar, its history and your concerns, and I can review photographs where appropriate. Final suitability for treatment may still need to be confirmed after an in-person assessment of the tissue.

Yes. I provide online consultations for clients considering plastic surgery abroad. We discuss what you would like to achieve, your medical and surgical history, suitable procedures and what the full process involves before, during and after surgery.

Yes. Online consultations are available for clients considering aesthetic dentistry abroad, including smile transformations, crowns, veneers, implants and more complex dental treatment. Where required, photographs or X-rays can then be reviewed as part of preparing your preliminary treatment plan.

Yes. Consultations and client support are available in both Polish and English.

For studio appointments, a €30 deposit is required to secure your booking and is deducted from the final treatment price. Please choose your appointment carefully: a booking cannot be changed to another date. A new appointment requires a new €30 deposit. If you cancel or do not attend, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Nothing. Online consultations are free: you choose a time, and the booking is confirmed once you tap the link in the email I send you.
