Body Contouring & Modelling

Shape. Define. Contour. Focused entirely on your body.

Targeted body sculpting focused on shape, definition and the areas you want to work on most.

A focused manual body treatment designed to work on specific areas such as the abdomen, waist, hips, thighs and glutes.

Using targeted modelling techniques, each session is adapted to your body and your goals, with the focus on improving the appearance of body contours, definition and tissue condition. We can concentrate on one area or combine several depending on what your body needs.

Who it is for

For anyone who wants to work on specific areas of the body, improve definition and enhance their natural shape.

Ideal for the abdomen, waist, hips, thighs and glutes, whether your goal is body contouring, improving tissue appearance or maintaining the results of previous treatments.

It may also be introduced at a later stage of post-operative recovery, once the tissues are sufficiently healed and you have been cleared for more intensive treatment.

Before you come

Stay well hydrated, eat something light beforehand and wear comfortable clothing. Let me know about any recent surgery, medical conditions or treatments so the session can be adapted appropriately.

Afterwards

Keep hydrated and give your body time to respond to the treatment. Depending on the techniques used, the treated areas may feel stimulated afterwards. A series of treatments may be recommended when working towards a longer-term body contouring goal.

When I will not do it

Not with an active infection, fever, acute inflammation, suspected blood clots, unexplained swelling, open wounds or during the early stages of post-operative recovery. If you have recently had surgery, contact me before booking.

Treatment times are a guide, not a stopwatch. Every session is tailored to your individual needs, the condition of the tissue and, where it applies, your stage of recovery, so it takes as long as it needs to be done properly. A short consultation is completed before your first treatment.
