Lymphatic Recovery Massage

The care your surgeon assumes you are already getting.

Your surgeon did the operation. What happens over the next six weeks decides how it settles, and most people are sent home to work that out alone. This is the part that goes missing: slow manual lymphatic drainage, worked only where you have been cleared, in a quiet room where you can ask the questions that did not occur to you at the clinic. Pressure and pace follow the tissue on the day, not a script. You leave knowing what to watch for and when to come back.

Who it is for

After liposuction, a tummy tuck, BBL, breast surgery or a similar procedure. Also for anyone who has never had surgery and is simply tired of being told that heavy, swollen legs are normal.

Before you come

Bring your surgeon's aftercare notes to the first visit, and tell me there, not in the booking form, how far along you are. Drink water through the day, eat something light beforehand and wear comfortable clothes.

Afterwards

Water, rest, and keep following what your surgeon told you. I will tell you when the next session makes sense, and if it does not, I will tell you that too.

When I will not do it

Not with an active infection, a fever, an open wound, suspected clots or unexplained swelling. If your surgeon has not cleared you for therapy yet, message me before you book rather than after.

Times are approximate. Each session is adapted to your needs, the condition of the tissue and, where it applies, the stage of your recovery, so a session takes as long as it needs to be done properly. Before your first visit we go through a short consultation and a health form.
