Face Lymph Glow
Gentle facial lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness and swelling, support fluid movement and refresh the face.

Face Lymph Glow combines gentle facial lymphatic techniques with a personalised approach to facial and post-operative recovery. The treatment focuses on the face, neck and, where appropriate, décolletage to support lymphatic flow and help reduce fluid retention and swelling.
Whether you are recovering after facial surgery or simply struggling with puffiness, the treatment is adapted to what your face needs at that stage, with particular attention to the jawline, face and neck.
Who it is for
For facial puffiness, fluid retention and a heavy or tired-looking face, as well as post-operative recovery after facial procedures such as a facelift, mini facelift or neck lift.
Gentle lymphatic work can support the recovery process by helping reduce post-operative swelling and fluid retention, while working with the natural contours of the face, jawline and neck as healing progresses.
It is also ideal before an event or special occasion when you simply want your face to look fresher, less puffy and more defined.
Before you come
Come with clean skin where possible and avoid heavy make-up. Stay hydrated throughout the day and let me know about any recent facial procedures, injections or surgery before your treatment.
Afterwards
Drink plenty of water and allow your body time to respond to the treatment. Your face may feel lighter and look less puffy and more refreshed. Results vary depending on fluid retention and your individual lymphatic response.
When I will not do it
Not with an active infection, fever, acute inflammation, unexplained facial swelling or immediately after facial surgery, injectables or other procedures unless you have been cleared for treatment. If you are unsure, contact me before booking.
Treatment times are a guide, not a stopwatch. Every session is tailored to your individual needs, the condition of the tissue and, where it applies, your stage of recovery, so it takes as long as it needs to be done properly. A short consultation is completed before your first treatment.
